These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and y444 ("the Company", "we", "our", "us") governing your use of the y444 website, mobile browser platform, and all associated products and services including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, slot games, fishing arcade titles, and the y444 VIP loyalty programme. By registering an account with y444, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms should be read alongside the y444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the Company. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create a y444 account or use the platform.

Each player may hold only one y444 account. Duplicate accounts are a terms violation and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances. Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number.
All deposits and withdrawals at y444 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. No cryptocurrency or foreign currency transactions are accepted.
All bonuses at y444 are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods as detailed in the specific promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash before requirements are met.
Bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, use of prohibited software, and any form of fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
y444 reserves the right to request identity documents (CNIC, proof of address, payment method verification) at any time. Withdrawal processing for unverified accounts may be suspended pending KYC completion.
y444 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at its reasonable discretion, including where player activity is deemed suspicious, abusive, or in breach of these Terms, applicable regulations, or responsible gaming policies.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or use any y444 Platform service. y444 employs age verification measures during registration and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the verified payment source used for deposits, minus any winnings derived from underage play.
Each individual person may hold only one registered y444 Account. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, household, IP address, or device — whether used simultaneously or sequentially — constitute a material breach of these Terms. y444 reserves the right to merge, close, or permanently ban duplicate accounts and to forfeit balances associated with accounts found to have been created in bad faith.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number currently registered in your name, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update y444 promptly if any details change. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
The y444 Platform is made available to players in jurisdictions where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the y444 Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. y444 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. Residents of Prohibited Jurisdictions must not register or use the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y444 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any SMS OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you, unless you have previously notified y444 of unauthorised access through the official support channel.
y444 may, at its discretion, require you to complete KYC verification at any stage of your Account lifecycle. This may include submission of a copy of your Pakistani CNIC, proof of residential address, and/or evidence of the payment methods used to fund your Account. Failure to complete KYC within the time period specified by y444 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account suspension pending verification.
An Account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. y444 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of up to Rs 200 per month to dormant Account balances. You will be notified before dormancy fees are applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period without further notice.
y444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment methods: JazzCash mobile wallet, Easypaisa mobile wallet, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Bank Alfalah transfer. y444 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, third-party payment processors not listed above, or payments from financial instruments not registered in the Account holder's own name.
The minimum deposit amount at y444 is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the y444 Cashier at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the processing timelines of the receiving payment institution. y444 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, which may extend processing time. y444 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits without documented justification and enhanced KYC review.
By depositing funds to your y444 Account, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours, are not proceeds of criminal activity, and are not subject to any third-party claim. y444 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
All bonus offers, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, and VIP rewards provided by y444 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds, game contribution percentages, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer and supersede these general provisions where they conflict.
Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game categories — including but not limited to low-margin table games and certain live casino titles — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as disclosed in the specific promotion terms.
y444 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, hedging bets across accounts, exploiting technical errors, and participating in organised bonus-hunting schemes. Where bonus abuse is identified, y444 reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit derived winnings, and permanently close the implicated Account(s).
Participation in the y444 VIP loyalty programme is subject to separate VIP terms communicated to eligible players. y444 reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, cashback percentages, and programme benefits at its discretion with reasonable notice to affected participants.
y444 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event whose outcome is already known to the Player, where technical errors affect odds or game outcomes, or where the bet size exceeds applicable maximum stake limits for the relevant game or market.
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a live casino session or slot game, y444's system records will be the definitive reference for settling the outcome. Where a malfunction results in an indeterminate outcome, the relevant wager will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account balance.
Sports betting markets at y444 are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic matches, the ICC for international fixtures). y444 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation and to reverse settlements where official results are subsequently changed.
All bets at y444 are placed, settled, and credited to Account balances in PKR. y444 bears no responsibility for losses arising from PKR exchange rate movements for players who independently convert funds from or to foreign currencies outside the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y444 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the y444 Platform are either owned by y444 or licensed to y444 by third-party content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any y444 intellectual property without prior written consent from the Company.
Game content provided by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution Gaming, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their separate licensing terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y444 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, or interruption of service.
y444's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
y444 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring your device and connection are suitable for Platform access and adequately protected by up-to-date security software.
y444 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The Company provides a range of player protection tools accessible directly from Account settings, including deposit limits, session duration reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek assistance from responsible gaming resources.
Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and result in immediate Account suspension for the minimum period specified by the Player. y444 will take reasonable steps to ensure that self-excluded players are not marketed to during the exclusion period. y444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file or via an in-Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure with return of your available balance subject to standard verification procedures.
y444 may terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, where: you are found to have breached these Terms; y444 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; your account poses a fraud, security, or money laundering risk; or y444 ceases to operate in your jurisdiction.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting y444 support. Upon Account closure, any available real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after standard identity and source of funds verification. Bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which y444 operates. In the event of a dispute between you and y444 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact y444 customer support to seek informal resolution. y444 will endeavour to respond to all formal disputes within ten (10) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under y444's applicable operating licence. y444's decision on all game outcome disputes, technical malfunction claims, and bonus-related disputes shall be final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.
